I am a patient at the New Row Dental Practice, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist as they are very friendly and helpful, they put you at ease if you have any fears with anything.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in 20 years, so when the one opened on the New Row I went and registered, I found them very friendly and helpful, the dentist I have is really good and patient with me as I had a real fear of dentist.

We have been patients at New Row for several years. The dentists and staff have always been kind, have been able to fit us in for emergencies, the quality of the dental work has been excellent, and when there have been options for treatment we have always been offered a choice.

From my first visit I received a warm welcome in a bright and cheerful reception area. All the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The treatment I have received over the last two and a half years has been very professional and is on par with that of a private clinic. I would highly recommend this Practice.

I joined the New Row Dental Practice as a NHS patient, not very long after it opened. I am very happy with the overall service and performance of the practice. The surgery is very clean and light and this has helped me relax and overcome my fears of going to the dentists. The attitude and service of all the staff is always friendly, helpful, and courteous.The Dentist is efficient and friendly. He explains everything he is about to do and certainly puts me at ease. I have recommended the New Row Dentist Practice to my daughter and her family and quite a few of my friends and will continue to highly recommend your surgery. 

I am a male in my mid-fifties, since registering with the New Row Dental Practice in Dunfermline, I have taken great pride in my teeth and oral hygiene. The practice is extremely well managed, it is also a very well equipped practice with several dentists and hygienists who are able to offer the full range of dental procedures using modern and state of the art equipment. The rooms are very spacious, and the staff are excellent in the way they explain what is required and how it will be undertaken. From my point of view this allays any nervousness I may have and makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Also with Saturday appointments available I find this very convenient .I would honestly recommend this dental practice to anyone without hesitation. 

I joined the practice around 2009 before this the last time I visited a dentist was in my twenties, so many years ago. The reason to my absence from visiting a dentist was down to a bad experience I had with a dentist when I was around 18 which put me off dentists. After not visiting a dentist for years my teeth were in a bad way, so I visited the dentist at New Row, I was really nervous but the dentist was very reassuring and explained everything that needed doing. Once the treatment started he talked me through everything, step by step, all together I have had 4 crowns done and just recently I have had to have root canal work done on a tooth, under a crown that had been on for years. I would have preferred to get the tooth out, but because it was a tooth at the front the dentist advised me to try and save the tooth. At first I wasn’t keen but I am glad that I took his advice, the dental work was a success and I’m very happy with the work carried out. Would I recommend New Row to people, well my children are also registered at the practice and they have no problem in going. So it’s a definite thumbs up for a dental practice that I personally feel gives that little bit extra when it comes to patient satisfaction. 

My husband and I were among the first to join the New Row Dental Practice when they opened in 2008 . We have always been treated with friendly professionalism by all members of staff, so it is no surprise that they have grown into the large, busy practice that it is today. Happily, they have kept the personal touch that makes it a pleasure to visit the dentist. All procedures are carefully explained and all the staff go out of their way to make your visit as stress-free as possible. Long may they continue to offer such excellent service. 

I have been a patient at New Row Dental Practice for several years and it is without question the best practice I have been registered with. The staff are exceptionally friendly and well trained and are always willing to take that extra time to ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed. As a patient who gets nervous I would recommend New Row Dental Practice without hesitation ,their approach to service delivery is a real breathof fresh air within the field of dentistry.
